8.26. Can I roll back to a previous version if I upgraded to a new version?
If you inadvertently upgraded to the latest version of the software and need to go back to a version that you purchased and are no longer under Support Maintenance, and do not wish to purchase the upgrade, here is what you would need to do.
You need to uninstall the software you upgraded to. Re-install the old version, then run a Restore of a Backup of the database from that version. You cannot just install the old version as the database has already been upgraded to the new version you installed. If you do not have a backup of the older database, we can manually convert the database back, but there would be a 1 hour Support Fee that would need to be purchased for us to perform this task. We would then need a current backup of the database and attach it to a ticket so we can perform the process and send it back for you to Restore.
