More than likely what has happened is that the screen that is trying to be displayed for you is located on a different screen that is not displayed.  This happens from time to time as if you have multiple monitors, Windows sometimes changes the locations internally of that location.  Since we save the positioning of the screens for your convenance the application is actually showing the screen on a monitor that has been moved according to Windows.  To fix this, you just need to Clear the Internal settings of the application.  Here is more information on how to fix this.

Reset the Internally saved positional settings in the application.
