5.23. Setup the application to automatically backup upon exiting.

You can setup the application to automatically prompt to perform a backup of the database upon exiting the application.  You can also setup to automatically backup the database upon exiting so you don't have to do anything after the first backup.  To set this up, run the application, click on the Setup menu, then System Settings.  This will display the following screen.

I would suggest selecting either an external flash drive to store the backup, or if you use one of the cloud drives, select one of those to save your backup.  This way if you have an issue with your machine, you have a backup of the database that you can restore the history and settings back to the way it was last time you used it.
