10.1. Receiving a message stating it is a trial and need to purchase. Even though I already bought the software.
If you have already purchased the software and are receiving a message stating that this version is not free, to use the software it must be purchased, etc. Then there are a couple reasons you are receiving this message. I will try to explain each of those reasons and give different options on what you can do next.
1. I downloaded an update to the software.
First, you will need to find out when the original version of the software was purchased. Our software comes with a full year of upgrades and updates from the original purchase date.
If it IS within the first year, or you have paid for an additional year of Support/Upgrades/Update then you would more than likely be eligible for a free upgrade. If this is the case, then send us a help desk message stating this. We will review the order, and if in fact, you are eligible, we will send you the new registration information that needs to be keyed into the program to unlock it from trial to full version.
If it is NOT within the first year, or you have not paid for additional Support/Upgrades/Updates then you would need to purchase the upgrade to the software to obtain the new registration codes. You can do this via our web site at: http://www.starresoft.com/envupurchase.htm Now, this is only for customer who have purchased the software in the past, not new customers. You will be asked or prompted to enter your original registration code into the for which will allow us to look you up in our systems. If you did in fact purchase an older version, then we will manually process this order and send you a new set of registration codes to you via email which will be used to unlock the new version of the software.
2. I DID NOT download an update to the software.
If you made changes to your system this may have wiped out the function that tells our software that it has already been purchased. If this is the case, then you would just need to enter the original registration codes that were sent to you into the Enter Key area, and it will re-register the software. If you cannot find your original codes, then send us a help desk message stating this. We will review the order, and if in fact, you did purchase the software, we will gladly re-send you your original codes to unlock the software.
3. I have a new machine or re-installed the software.
If you are trying to re-install or install onto another machine, you need to be sure that you have the correct installation file. If you just downloaded the software from our website, it may not be the version you purchased. If this is the case, then your old registration codes will not work. If you are within the initial year, or are current with your Support/Upgrades/Updates license, then contact us via our help desk, and we will send out the new codes.
If you are not current, and have installed a version you did not purchase, then you would be required to either find your original installation file, and install that version, or purchase the upgrade to this newer version. Which of course can be done via our web site at http://www.starresoft.com/envupurchase.htm and we will send you the new codes.
