6.21. Check for Bounced/Returned Notification Messages

If using the SAAS version of the software, you can see if there are bounced messages from notifications that were sent out.  There is button that is now displayed on the main screen when you run the software to tell you if you have messages available.  To read the messages, you can click on the Messages button and it will take you to the messages screen.

Here is a screen shot of what you will see on the main screen.  If using the PRO version, this option is not available because you already have access to your email account you are using to send notifications.

When you click on the Messages Available button, or the menu option, you will be displayed the following screen that will show you the messages that are available.

As you can see in the example above, there is a message that states that the notification that was sent out to the number - 3365551122 failed.  What this means is one of the mailbox entries that you sent notifications out to contained the PCS number of 3365551122, which of course was in error.  To find out the box in error, click on the Mailboxes button on the screen, then run a search under the cell number to show who has this entry. 

After you find the box in error, you can print out the Information Check Up Form and put it into the mailbox in error for the customer to correct it.  Here is an example of the form.

After they correct the information, you should update their box and should not get that message again.  The same goes for invalid email addresses or invalid Cell Service providers.
