3.1. Upgrading to PRO version from SAAS version.

If you are currently running the SAAS version of the BoxMinder software and would like to upgrade to the PRO version, here are the instructions you need to follow.

1. Backup your current BoxMinder database. Backup Database

2. Download and install the PRO version from the www.boxminder.com

3. Run the software.  You should probably get an error connecting to the service.  Just click OK, as you will need to setup the PRO version with your own email service.

4. Setup the Email System with your own information.  Setup the Email section PRO Version.

6. After making the appropriate changes, click the Close buttons to exit the software and then re-run to make sure everything is communicating correctly.

If you are using your own ISP's to host the email accounts, you will need to contact them if there is a communications issue with their service.
